Important Deadlines:
- Call for Papers: The deadline for submission is April 30, 2013.
- Registration: Early Bird Registration-$200 by March 29, 2013, Pre-Registration-$250 by June 14, 2013, and Late/Onsite Registration will be $300. Luncheon Ticket-$25 ($35 Late/Onsite).
