Travel & Perdiem

Current perdiem rates for Arkansas can be found on the GSA web site. The current daily perdiem rate for lodging in Rogers, AR is $77.00 and $46.00 for meals & incidental expenses (M&IE). This breaks down as: $7.00 for breakfast, $11.00 for lunch, $23.00 for dinner, and $5.00 for incidentals.  The first and last day of travel rate (75% of perdiem) is $34.50. Please see the GSA web site for the most up-to-date information.

Fly conveniently to Northwest Arkansas by designating Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) as your arrival point. The site of the airport is centrally located within close proximity to all the communities of northwest Arkansas while also being far enough away from populated areas so as to minimize any adverse impact from aircraft operations. The access to the new airport is provided from the Highway 71 bypass on Highway 264 at the Lowell exit and from Bentonville on Highway 12.
